Sales Representative (Outbound Sales)

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be based in Conshohocken, PA, and be responsible for all selling activities related to closing assigned new opportunities and supporting the expansion of existing accounts. This includes building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with the accounts, delivering presentations in person or by phone, providing timely follow-up, and coordinating with the Customer Success team to manage the account. To be successful, the Sales Representative will achieve sales targets set by executive management, follow a proven sales methodology and process, document activities in Salesforce, and indirectly support lead generation, marketing and business development activities.

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and organized, and adept at working both independently and in a team environment. Additional requirements include:

  • 4+ years proven experience selling technology-enabled services or cloud-based applications to C-level at small/medium-sized business and non-profits.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Competency using MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel.

Customer Success Manager

Job Responsibilities
The Customer Success Manager will be based in Conshohocken, PA, report to the VP Customer Success, and be responsible for owning the overall relationship with assigned clients. This includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with the customer’s executive team and front line staff and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Ensuring engagement, retention and overall satisfaction of the account.
  • Presenting performance analysis and improvement guidance by phone or in person.
  • Advocating for customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and working to identify upsell opportunities.

To be successful, the Customer Success Manager will embrace a passionate, constructive and proactive style and follow a proven methodology and process of customer engagement, document activities, and indirectly support sales activities.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and organized, and adept at working both independently and in a team environment. Additional requirements include:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in Customer Success, consulting or advisory with similar products and services.
  • Proven success increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention and ability to drive continuous value.
  • Account management and/or project management experience a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Competency with Salesforce.com and Office applications.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • College degree, MBA a plus.
